Nice to get a little step back from the social media universe into the meta-social media -verse perspective. Though it is Interesting from a brand’s perspective… For brands, I’ve found that filters are more about maintaining a consistent aesthetic (admittedly, an “authentic” aspiring aesthetic), which, according to this dude, I guess is the branding equivalent of the personal identity we’re all trying to construct by using filters in the first place. Le sigh.
